Dr. Colonel Aadi Shankar Mishra ‘Aaditya’ Shines Like the Sun in the Hindi Literary Sky – Kavi Dr Sangam Tripathi Literature is the mirror of society, but it must also have the capacity to embody that role. Merely stating so achieves nothing; there is a profound need to bring it to life on the real, practical ground. Fulfilling this need and continuously working towards it like a sage, Dr. Colonel Aadi Shankar Mishra ‘Aaditya’ of Lucknow is engaged with his creative energy. To date, twelve books by Dr. Colonel Aadi Shankar Mishra have been published, along with four e-poetry collections. His works have also been published in approximately 75–80 collaborative poetry anthologies, which are engaged in the task of national awakening while conveying messages to society. Institutions across the country are honoring him daily, which stands as solid proof of his dynamism. So far, he has received more than 760 national/international letters of honor, commendations, and certificates. Dr. Colonel Aadi Shankar Mishra is a personality connected with the stream of nation-building, imbued deeply with love for the nation. After 37 years of military service, Dr. Colonel Aadi Shankar Mishra, through his powerful pen, is promoting Hindi and providing direction to society from the land of Lucknow. The 77-year-old Dr. Colonel Aadi Shankar Mishra is associated with various institutions and, one could say, he is an institution unto himself.
